If you are first time registering for the 3 rd OECD World Forum, please download the "Forum Registration Form" below. You can fill out the "Forum Registration Form" and send it to us by email or fax (+82-42-611-5216). |

Please note that your passport details and your photo are required for completing registration. The photo file should be JPEG or BMP format under 1MB in size. |

The confirmation letter will be sent to you within 3days. Please contact us if you do not receive the confirmation letter. |

| You can log in using your ID and password for changing or updating your registration details. |
|
| If you have already registered and have received an email confirmation then complete the registration using your ID and password given in the email. |

The deadline for registration to the 3 rd OECD World Forum is 15 October 2009. |

Please note that the special discount rate for accommodation will be provided only until 15 October 2009 (Korean time. GMT+9). |

Please note that participants who complete the forum registration after 15 October will be not
to attend the Workshops, Opening Session and Keynote Address on 27 October 2009. |
