This provision aims to prescribe the rights and obligations of the Preparation and Planning Office for the 3^rd OECD World Forum on Statistics Korea (hereafter "Preparation Office") and its user for the Internet related services offered through the official Website (hereafter "Website") of the Preparation Office.

The contents in this provision shall go into effect as they are notified on the Website. The Preparation Office, if necessary, may modify or revise this provision with 7 days’ prior notice.

The reproduction of materials posted on the Website shall be permitted for personal, non-commercial use only and subject to acknowledgment of the source. No other use of the material is authorized without prior written permission from the Preparation Office. The Website is available in English and Korean. Materials may only be available in the original language in which they were provided.

This Website contains information provided by external companies or hyperlinks towards other sites which were not developed by the OECD and the Preparation Office. The existence of links towards the site of the OECD and the Preparation Office does not constitute a validation of this Website or its content by the OECD and the Preparation Office. The content on this Website is provided on a purely informative basis. The opinions expressed and arguments employed on this Website do not necessarily reflect the official views of the Preparation Office, the OECD or of the governments of its member countries. Use of this Website is at user's sole risk. Under no circumstances shall OECD and the Preparation Office be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense suffered which is claimed to result from use of this Site, including without limitation, any fault, error, omission, interruption or delay.

The Preparation Office shall make best effort to provide a continuous and stable service to users, except in the occurrences specified in this provision, or in any other exceptional circumstances. The Preparation Office shall not, without prior consent, reveal, disclose or distribute personal information of the user to a third party.

The 3^rd OECD World Forum in invitation only. Forum participants, once officially invited, are required to provide personal information including name, e-mail address, business organization, job title, address and phone/fax number in order to finish the online registration. The Preparation Office considers of utmost importance the privacy protection of the forum participants, and is covered by its own privacy policy which notified on the Website. Forum participants do, however, agree that the Preparation Office may monitor or disclose their personal information if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process or governmental request.
