The launching ceremony of the Preparation and Planning Office for the 3^rd OECD World Forum

Commissioner of KNSO(Korea National Statistical Office), Dae-Ki Kim, had a plate-hanging ceremony for the launch of  the Preparation and Planning Office for the 3rd OECD World Forum on 12 August, 2008.

In this ceremony, Mr Dae-ki Kim, the Commissioner of Korea National Statistical Office asked earnestly that the 3rd OECD World forum is the notable international forum attracting heads of a variety of international organizations and senior politicians from many other countries, this means that it is highly necessary to get everything in perfect readiness in all aspects. He also mentioned that it is a good opportunity to raise the awareness of the KNSO in the international society with holding the 3rd OECD World Forum. Lastly, he encouraged the all staff members of the preparatory office for the 3rd OECD World Forum with his promise to give wholehearted support.

In a successful preparation for the 3rd OECD World Forum, KNSO preparatory office will be in charge of a range of tasks in the running of the Forum, from domestic arrangements to international PR.
